Adjustable flame for the win
Being new to Tiki torches I never considered flame height on a table. But when you do it makes perfect sense that on a table with people sitting and passing food, plates, etc you want/need to turn down that flame a little. Add the great blue color and the huge reservoir and this torch is perfect! One minor glitch is that after only about a month there is a little rust starting.

Do not put on a table you like
The lid is not water tight. If you bump it, or carry it, or slide it on the table, the oil seeps from the lid. It sat this way for a while and ruined the finish on my table. Not happy.

Great for controlling mosquitoes.
In Florida there are a lot of mosquitoes. I used this lamp near my feet when sitting in front of the house. I like the adjustable because you are able to control how high you want the flame.

How is the flame snuffed?
Hi Bernard- Thanks for the question! This torch comes with a metal snuffer. Simply place the snuffer over the flame, aligning the notch with the adjustable flame knob, and keep it there until the flame goes out. We recommend keeping the snuffer on the torch when not in use, as this helps to keep rain and moisture away from the wick. Hope this helps! - TIKI Brand

What fuel can I use in the tabletop adjustable flame products.
Hi John- Great question! You can use any TIKI Brand torch fuel in our adjustable flame torches. We recommend Clean Burn BiteFighter in table torches, as it produces less soot and smoke, and we recommend BiteFighter in all perimeter torches.
