Q. How do I install Easy Install torch poles?
A. To install an Easy Install torch pole, pull down the lever to help guide the torch pole a minimum of 6 inches into the ground or until secure. Fold up the lever back into the torch pole once installed.
Q. Can I still use a torch stake or torch stand with the Easy Install torch poles?
A. Yes, the Easy Install torch poles can be used with a TIKI® Brand torch stake, torch stand, or deck clamp.

Glass fades
I love these torches except for the fading glass. One torch still is aqua the other one is a very pale blue almost white. Very disappointing!

So So Glass fading Disappointment
They were lovely at first but the glass faded and is no longer blue.
I ordered 4 in 2023 and didn’t realize till late that the glass was broken on the bottom of one.

Good honeycomb torch
I like that this torch holds a decent amount of fluid, so I can go a long time without refilling it. I like that this torch is diverse, and can be used with a pole or table top. The blue is a very pretty shade in person. Overall, this is a good honeycomb torch.

Beautiful torch
I have a few different torches but this one is my favorite. I think it's just so beautiful, the color of the glass and the metal honeycomb sleeve are a lovely combination. This one is versatile, it can be used as a standing torch that you stick into the ground or it can be a tabletop torch. That's very cool. We are currently using it as a tabletop torch and, combined with their BiteFighter fuel, it's a beautiful way to light up the patio and keep the skeeters away!

Keeps mosquito's away.
This torch is gorgeous. It will "spruce" up any backyard or patio. I love it has the foot pedal to help get it in the ground. It makes it so easy to use. It is a must to keep mosquito's away if you are outside during mosquito season.

Beautifully crafted tiki torch
This tiki torch is beautiful the glass color is so clear and elegant and the teal color just adds the beautiful pop my yard needed. The fuel is easy to install and really keeps the bugs away. The wic is long and lasts a long time so it most likely wont need changed until next summer.

So customizable!
I love that you can use it on a table or attach it to the pole. The height of the pole is adjustable. It adds a certain ambiance to my outdoor decor and easy to assemble. I love the adjustable height.

Pretty and functional
This was super easy to install and put together. We used this during our recent outdoor party and it was easy to light and worked well to keep the bugs away. My friends loved them as well. The honeycomb design is very cute but since the glass is separate from the base it moves a little bit but it is not a big deal.

I am looking for replacement clear glass jar with the screw on tops. I've had several poles fall over because they are top heavy when full of lighter fluid and have a couple of glass jars I need to replace. I can't find the exact type on your website.

What size wick do these take? I need replacements
Thank you for your question! The Honeycomb Torch takes our 9-inch replacement wick, which has a diameter of 1/2 inch. We recommend trimming the wick to 1/2 inch wick exposure prior to lighting your Torch. We hope this helps. -TIKI Brand

Is the metal snuffer cap attached by chain to the torch? Our older model Tiki torches had nice weighty tops attached to the metal frame, but the new torches did not have the same setup or weight resulting in lost caps and water-logged oil.
