Assembly issues
The assembly was much more difficult than it should have been. There are only three screws and one of the holes did not line up. If I was not somewhat construction savvy, I would have sent it back.

Great customer service!
I purchased a fire pit for my son-in-law for Christmas. It arrived 3 days after ordering. He opened it & found it was damaged. (FedEx). He emailed Tiki & pictures of damage. They sent him another one immediately! I’m so impressed! You don’t get customer service like that anymore. We are enjoying the fire pit. I do recommend this company.

Absolutely amazing!! Works great with fire or wood clips that come in the bag. Make sure to follow the instructions that they give you. Absolutely Wonderful pit one of the best purchases i've ever made!!! ONLY TIKI BRAND forever!!!!!!

Treasured new addition to the backyard
Our whole family loves this fire pit! If it was up to our teenagers we'd use it nightly (lol, I'm now buying s'mores ingredients in bulk). The fire pit is a great addition to our backyard, super stylish, fun, and useful. And when it's not in use, the tabletop cover is an awesome way to use the fire pit as an extra outdoor table.

Quality and performance
Purchased the fire pit and heat deflector and was surprised in the superior quality. My son has a Solo and the Tiki outperformed hands down. Much better looking unit as well. Was skeptical of the heat deflector performance at first but it makes a huge difference.

What is the inside diameter of the Reunion. I have some logs as long as 21" that I would like to use in the firepit

I am considering this fire pit and will definitely use the wood pellets, but I was wondering if you can use Duraflame logs as well?

If we put on the tabletop cover, would anything bad happen if we didn’t get the cloth cover on before the start of rain?
Thank you for your question! To maintain the appearance of your Tabletop Cover, we recommend covering the Tabletop Cover with a Cloth Cover when inclement weather occurs.
