Tiki Chiminea
Aesthetically pleasing! Looks like the Mayor of Halloween Town or a midcentury modern fireplace depending on your persuasion. Overall performs well, just don't add paper to clog the breather holes on the bottom with ash. It doesn't put off a lot of heat but is definitely a great place to sit around and enjoy company.

Outstanding Outdoor Fireplace
Our family and friends enjoy spending time together, and very often that includes evenings outdoors year-round. This Tiki Brand Chiminea Outdoor Fireplace is perfect for year round evenings on the patio. It puts off great heat up to about four feet away. The unique stovepipe design moves smoke up and away from guests.
It's a very sturdy and stable chiminea. The box included easy to follow instructions. Assembly took one person just under an hour to complete.
It even came with a protective cover, a pair of heat resistant gloves, and a steel fire poker.
The outside and close surrounding area gets very hot, so it's important to place it far from anything that could be affected. I love that the included screen does not get hot, yet protects from flying embers, and adds a sophisticated look.
A most impressive feature is that it can be fueled in a variety of ways. It can be used with wood packs, starter packs, bulk pellets, or cord wood. The hopper holds up to nine pounds of pellets that burns two hours. The removable ash pan makes it easy to clean when we're done.

Love our new Chiminea
My wife and I really enjoy our new Chiminea. It looks great, lights quickly and gives off a lot of heat. I was pleasantly surprised to see it includes both a cover and safety fire gloves. The handles are large and easy to use. Our new Chiminea was the center piece of a recent happy hour and everyone enjoyed it. Clean up is easy with the bottom drawer. This is a crucial device for cold Vermont evenings. The Chiminea seems pretty sturdy and assembly was easy. We look forward to using it often.

Modern Design
The Tiki Chiminea Outdoor Fireplace has been a great upgrade from a traditional fire pit. Its modern design looks stylish in the backyard, and unlike typical fire pits, it creates a mostly smokeless fire thanks to its unique airflow system. Lighting is simple, especially with the included wood packs, and it gives off a steady warmth perfect for small gatherings.
Compared to a fire pit, it requires a bit more upkeep. Ash needs to be cleared regularly to maintain airflow, and a cover is a must to protect it from the elements. Overall, if you’re looking for something with a clean burn and are ready for a little maintenance, the Tiki Chiminea is worth considering.

Fireplace
This fireplace was easy to put together. It look less than 30 minutes. We have tried burning both wood and chips. The smoke went out of the top and away from our face which was great. The heat felt great on chilly nights. Really enjoy using this.

Almost perfect. Thought of everything!
This Chiminea is sleek and intuitive/easy to use and set up. Looks extremely high end and came with everything you'd need possible. Took us about 20 minutes to set up. We used it for the first time on our upstairs outdoor deck. Would highly recommend.

Great little Chiminea
We set this chiminea up in our backyard on top of a paver stone.
Pros: 1. It puts out some heat! Will be great in the winter to keep warm. 2. Pretty easy to get started. Especially with the starter kits. 3. Ascetically pleasing, looks great.
Cons: 1. The box is super heavy. 2. It wasn’t easy to set up, took quite a bit of pieces, and some time. Think ikea furniture. 3. Ash seems to fly out the top if you’re using wood.
Side note, the bottom had some paint chipped, but not really noticeable when set up.

Transform your outdoor experience
The Tiki Chiminea Outdoor Fireplace is absolutely amazing. So easy to put together straight out of the box. The pieces are clearly defined in the instructions manual and the hardware is clearly labeled. The whole thing took about 20 min or so to piece together. It is bulky so be warned, place it in its final location preferably to avoid having to move it multiple times. Lighting up the fire pit was pretty straight forward and extremely easy if you have the Tiki fire starter kit and some wood blocks. The starter pack lights up quickly and keeps the flame going until the wood itself starts to burn. Once it gets going, you do get about a close 4 foot heat radius. It does require you to be fairly close though if you are sitting down near the pit. You can easily use it with Wood Packs, Starter Packs, bulk pellets, or cord wood as described. It's weatherproof making it ideal to keep it outdoors away from the house if needed in its own secluded corner. It also came with a nice cover, a poker, and gloves which was a huge plus. It's a very nice sleek design and makes my outdoor space look much more attractive especially with having guests over. The fire is well contained inside and it's easy to clean up the ash with the removable ash tray. Overall a very good quality product and very easy to use. The kids love Sitting around it and we build good family memories together. There's a pellet chute for an easy pellet drop as needed. Easy and fun experience.

How do the pellets feed into the unit. Do you need an electrical outlet nearby to operate the auger as in an interior pellet stove ?
Thank you for your question! To insert our Wood Pellets: First, remove pellet insert from cone and set aside when using firewood or our TIKI® Brand Woodpack. Woodpacks burn at higher temperatures. Never open the Woodpack bag to use pellets in hopper. If using a TIKI® Brand Wood Pack place the Wood Pack above the grate in the center of the cone. Light all 4 corners of the pack.

What is the gauge of the steel used for the chiminea “bowl”, and what is the coating: hi temp paint or powder coat?

How can the hopper be emptied after a burn so that the unused pellets wont sit there and get soggy
Thank you for your question! To empty the hooper:
1. You can scoop from the hopper with a cup or your hands
2. Make sure the ash pan is empty then take out the grate and open the hopper. Use then tending stick to help move them through the chute, then you can take out the pellets one ash pan at a time.
