Can’t Put it Together and No Customer Service
Haven’t even gotten to use it yet but giving 3 stars because the screws I received are not NEARLY long enough to secure the legs to the fire pit and under the “customer service” tab on this website there’s literally NO WAY OF CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. What a joke.

Best Patio Investment in Years!
We were looking to replace our propane fire table with something that had more character and more heat. This fir the bill perfectly. Beautifully built and more attractive than the competitors. Easy to light and burns great. Very little smoke when its up to temp. The flexibility to run wood or pellets is great. And it throws heat, even without the heat deflector in place. The heat deflector was a nice add on to expand the radius and push heat down towards your legs. Tremendous value in this unit!

This made my patio 1000X better! It's perfect because it's not big and bulky, but it's still the perfect size to give off PLENTY of warmth. It's so easy to use, and it's my favorite fire pit I've ever had to date. There's no sitting forever trying to get the fire to stay burning, no smelly back smoke, it's just quick, easy, and amazing! Also, don't be fooled by its convenient size, it's clear there was no quality spared in that part of the development, because when we lit the fire pit it truly was giving off flames just like the picture in the advertisement!

Excellent pit, but pellets burn too fast
We love the fire pit. The only think that we don’t like much is that the bags burn to fast. And as you know the bags aren’t cheap, so either lower the price for the bag or make a more efficient pellets bag.

High Quality and Good Looking Fire Pit!
My wife and I are very impressed with this fire pit! Not only does it look good but the quality is superb! We also love how the ashes can be easily cleaned out with the removable base inside and the slide out ash tray below. This fire pit will no doubt last for many years! We definitely are very happy with this fire pit and recommend it to anyone!

Modern and easy to use
Love the look and ease of use. The floor of the pit warped a bit, and it’s been outside (covered) all winter, so we’ll see how it handles the first fire if the new season. I just wish the larger one had been available when we bought this one, and that the new design spark screen available when we had purchased (and that the screen was a bit less expensive).

I have had this firepit for 2 full seasons now and absolutely love it! I have friends with other pits both cheap and expensive, this by far trumps them. With the outer ring having the slots in it ,that allows for heat to radiate out of the sides.Highly recommend this. Now I just need the larger pit that was just released!

Disappointed
I did research between this one and other top sellers and went with tiki because of the pull out tray for ash, the look of it and cost. After just under 2 years it is rusty and the wood handle looks in bad shape. I have it covered with the tiki brand cover when not in use and clean it after each use. I am so disappointed because it gives great heat and makes a great fire.

Beautiful and extremely well made!
This has been a great addition to our backyard in Scottsdale. This fire pit is beautifully designed and extremely well made. It came almost fully assembled, only 3 small screws to attach the legs. I love the fact that you can burn both wood logs or use the Tiki 30 minute fire packs. The clean out drawer is large and easily accessible and the all weather cover is made of a high quality material. This has been perfect for taking the chill off those cool desert evenings. We love it!

Warm and Smokeless
My family loves our Tiki Brand fire pit! It is light and easy to use which is great for my older parents and the smokeless feature allows for my special needs sister to enjoy all the positives of using a fire pit without coughing up a storm. It’s also warm enough to use in the winter and the flame is strong enough to withstand the cold and wind. I have a feeling our old school pit won’t be getting much use going forward.

Highlights:

* Tray to easily remove debris from the bottom... no more scooping out ashes and getting hands dirty

The Fire Ring arrived extremely quickly and was delivered directly to our front door. It was VERY easy to assemble and came with a starter kit, which made getting the fire going very easy. This fire ring is lit!

High-End Fire Pit!
Our family loves our new fire pit! We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put together, took less than 5 minutes. We had a hearty fire going in no time, with the included fire starter pack, will definitely be buying a pack of those! It’s the best looking fire pit I have seen on the market, unlike our old fire pit we stored under the deck, we will be keeping this one out on our patio. We also love the cover, keeps the water out but still looks stylish. Will recommend to anyone looking for a high end fire pit for a good price!

I love my new fire pit! My question is about the internal cone. It can be inserted concaved and convexed. What conditions/product (wood, pellets, etc.) determines which way you place it inside the pit?
Thanks for the question! The center dome insert is designed to create optimal burning conditions for the TIKI Brand Wood Pack. Burning the Wood Pack with the dome in the concave, ‘natural wood’ orientation will result in poor burn quality and burn duration. It can be flipped upside down when using logs and can be removed for cleaning. Flipping the dome creates more space for wood burning in the Reunion Fire Pit, but can be used both ways. When starting your Fire Pit, do not remove the internal dome feature to switch orientations. We hope this helps. -TIKI Brand

Will it leave a burn mark on my pavers, should I place additional pavers underneath it to prevent discoloring of the patio... Or do the legs keep it high enough off the ground?

What is the cone for? Do I need to keep it in while putting wood on top?
Thanks for the question! The center cone is designed to create optimal burning conditions and airflow. The cone is what helps the Wood Pack ignite quickly, burn evenly, and deliver the predictable ~30-minute burn duration. You can place traditional firewood over the cone as well, up to 16 inches long so it fits within the fire pit bowl. If you will not be using a Wood Pack and want more room for firewood, you can start the fire without the cone (remove it before any burning begins). It can also be removed for cleaning.
