FIRE PIT IS WARPING BAD QUALITY STEEL
Really concerned about the amount of warping occurring. I’ve used the pit about 6 times now all fire with the tiki brand pellets and only one bag a night. The bottom has warped into a wavy ocean flexing about 1.5” up and down it has warped so much that corner up top are pulling away from outer walls. Is this covered under warranty ?? In the pictures I attached you can see the insane amount of warp why did this happen from such an expensive pit you expect better metal and quality from a $300 pit. Solo stoves never warp better quality steel.

Great Pit - Just What We Wanted
We have used it a couple of times & really liking this unit. We used the pellet bag that came with it which lasted about 40 mins. Added some hardwoods for continued fire. Amazing how little ash you actually get. Solid and attractive (better than a tin can look) unit. Only negative I would say is warranty length of 2 yrs vs. Solo’s lifetime.

man this thing is perfect for my back covered deck and burns wood so perfect one log at a time the pellets burn great as well and are perfect to start the big fire and then just add one log at a time and the pellets put off a huge flame which is cool great product

perfect in every way! wanted a moveable fire pit - wanted a smokeless fire pit - wanted a durable fire-pit - wanted a reasonably priced fire pit - wanted a fire pit that actually put out heat - wanted a fire pit that accepted most logs - really wanted one that didn't blow smoke all over and everywhere - DONE AND DONE!!! other so called smokeless pits just didn't fit the bill. my spouse has bad asthma so we really needed one that did most everything and this was it. We just wanted a great smokeless fire pit and we found it. NO regrets!

The product is extremely well made. It feels very sturdy and it is made with high grade materials. It produces minimal smoke. The handles also made it easy to transport. Okay, could be better.
Bottom finish has already became off. Burns wood efficiently but the ash catch doesn’t empty everything efficiently. Good luck using pellets that aren’t tiki brand. Looks nice though.

Pellets work well wood not so much
Portable and smokeless if you use the bags of pellets. I have tried kiln dried birch and oak and both smoked. Pellet bags are too expensive. Bags only last 20 minutes.

My Favorite Fire Pit!
I just love my Tiki portable fire pit so much! I’ve owned a few fire pits and the quality of this one has surpassed them all! The material is very durable holds the fire well. I’ve received so many compliments on it’s appearance and friends wanting to know where they can purchase one. I like the portability of it because we’re able to pack it up in our motor home when we travel. It’s been perfect for our family and I recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and high quality fire pit! You will not be disappointed!

Not sure it’s worth the money
Love the ash catcher! Used the wood pack and the fire was about 4-6’ tall for 20 min or so, kind of excessive but felt the heat from a few feet away. After that, you feel almost no heat unless you’re standing directly over it. All the paint on the bottom side also peeled off after using it for the second time ever (first time using the wood pack) so not able to withstand the heat. Overall it’s a decent fire pit but maybe not for how expensive it is compared to other cheap fire pits that perform the same or better. Still have to spend an extra $140 for the screen to catch rogue embers (if it ever comes back in stock that is…)

The Absolute BEST FIREPIT
Nothing but a glowing review below, highly recommend to any homeowner! Probably top 2 of my favorite possesions (firepit and grill). It is an absolutely incredible firepit!! It blew my expectations out of the water (fire lol) and I could not have been more impressed. It gets warm within seconds of the fire catching, and I was shocked how after my partner and I sat around it, we were immediately warm to perfect comfort. It had the ability to keep you hot when up close and really warm when sitting further back. Its the perfect size, easy to carry out from the garage and back in. I have shown it off to a few friends who immediately went online to look it up for their homes. Highly recommend this brand and this pit for anyone's backyard.

I love it!!
I love new firepit. It replaced a well enjoyed but cheap firepit table that had hole in pan. Very large bold fires with good warmth, and easy to clean with removable pan. It’s not completely smoke free , same as other users how there’s smoke until it gets started then goes away. I just keep refilling it with real wood all day and never want to leave. The wood pellets that come with firepit didn’t pop out but the tiki brand starter wood pellets on Amazon pop out like crazy burning holes into fabric.

Burns beautifully
This portable fire pit from Tiki is the perfect size. It's not too heavy and it's made of great quality. Not only does it look great on my patio, it also burns beautifully. Just drop in a wood pack and you'll get a perfect fire every time with minimum smoke. I purchased a heat shield stand so I can safely use it on the grass in my backyard or on my wooden patio. The ash tray makes the cleaning so easy. My friends and family members love to come over and sit around the fire. This fire pit has brought us closer together in a beautiful way.

Perfect fire pit
This is a quality product that looks nice and is so convenient. It doesn’t take up much space. It has a protective cover but is also lightweight and easy to move when a storm rolls through. We’ve spent more nights outside because of it. It’s virtually smokeless, so I don’t have to worry about my clothes and hair keeping that fire pit smell like other products. We love it.

I needed something that can be brought out for use, but then put away after. Lightweight and portable, looks very nice, great flames, easy cleanup, and has a cover. PERFECT! I will be using on grass occasionally so I also invested in an expensive heat shield stand that I would recommend and with that, it can go anywhere! Great product! Make the move if you are on the fence!

How do you refill the fire pit using the wood pellet bag? Do I have to wait for the fire to completely die down or just throw in another bag when the fire gets low?

Besides the shape, what are the differences between this fire pit and the round fire pit that you offer? Are they both constructed of the same materials and the same gauge thickness?
