Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy Duty Quality I wanted a fire pit that radiated heat well. This was the heaviest option I found. It’s made very well, and easy to keep clean. Well worth the money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We love it We love our Tiki fire pit. It burns well, it's easy to move around (even being the heaver of the two models), and it's aesthetically pleasing. Very happy with our purchase. We've used it several times in the couple weeks since we've had it. I've found that you have to sit pretty close to feel the full effects (though you can definitely feel it from a few feet away, just not as strongly), but you could easily fit 5-6 people around it so that's not an issue for us!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful fire pit! I haven't used the fire pit yet but it came beautifully and well packed. It was super heavy but I managed to unpack and put it together myself. It looks gorgeous and is nicer looking than the solo stove. The pit is much larger than I thought it would be. The cover fits perfectly and the mesh cover and fire stoker are perfect!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent fire pit! This fire pit is everything it says it will be!! I’ve used the pellets only and the fire starter packs with real wood and so happy to say it is easy and smokeless every time! It looks good. It’s easy to clean. And worth mentioning again - it’s smokeless!! Incredible fire pit! Must have!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great smokeless fire pit This is such a great fire pit, I couldn’t rate it more! It’s just about as smokeless as you can get whether you use wood or the wood pellets. I do recommend the pellets because they burn much hotter and provide a larger flame. The pellets last about 30 minutes but are so easy to just throw another bag on that it doesn’t matter. Also, it’s easy to lift and transport plus easy to clean with the ash pan. A big bonus is that it looks really sharp! It looks just like it’s shown in the pictures. I highly recommend. If you’re trying to decide which one to get, get this one and thank me later! 10/10

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great but not so great On one hand I really love this fire pit. I have had it for two years and love having backyard fires. It works really well. the pellets work the best (as far as no smoke) but even wood has minimal smoke once it gets going. so 5 stars for engineering. The actual build quality is a problem. I am on my 3rd fire pit now. The bottom portion of the fire pit (the part you see and put pellets in) warps with heat and then breaks the soldering eventually collapsing into the ash collection area. This is obviously a problem with a fire pit. my first lasted a year (really 5 months of use) and now my 2nd has done the same. The company just sent me a 3rd (under warranty) and were very friendly and quick. I keep care of the thing with putting the cover on when not using and even take it out of the elements for the winter. So I am really torn on whether I would recommend this to someone for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Two thumbs up! Perfect. It’s like all the best parts of having a fire going without the Smokey worst parts. We love it, kids love it, company loves it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy about this purchase! Loving the look of this fire pit and the way it complements our decor. The pull out tray for the ashes is awesome, but there is no tool that comes with the pit to help you push those ashes down into that tray. The opening is a bit smaller than our old one so our already cut wood is a little long, but nothing an axe can’t fix! We bought the screen guard and poker and soooo worth it! The poker even has a bottle opener on it! We are really enjoying this firepit and our friends with other smokeless brands are jealous of the classy look and ease of ash removal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Fire pit I received this as a gift to replace my old one. My first fire was with the wood pack that came with it. Easy to light up. I also got a box with 4 wood packs. I opened one bag and placed some of the chips into a regular paper bag, just to start the fire and then I placed fire logs in it, again it made nice fire. I cleaned the ashes with a 4 inch brush, it stay like no fire was in it, the color didn’t change much. The ash tray comes out and dump it after it cools off. I left the fire pit with the cover on during the rain and no water got in. Not much smoke comes out and we can leave the patio door open. Looks well built. Extremely happy with it!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great fire pit overall. Love our new fire pit; it’s well made, looks better on our patio vs. a stainless steel tube, and I like the design & features. Is it as smokeless as others? Ehh…not sure. It’s level of smoke depends on a few factors and I’ve noticed the hotter the fire the less smoke there is. The wood pellets in a lighter fluid sack might be a selling point for the skinny jean crowd that can’t deal with firewood, but nothing beats well seasoned hardwood in my opinion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for the patio. Perfect size for the backyard patio. Burns logs very well. Cleaning up is super easy. You just push the ashes through the holes on the bottom, then pull out the tray to empty them out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A little disappointed I just put together the fire pit from buying it late last summer and the one side is bowed out and the ash tray does not slide in easily. It looks really cool and hopefully it will preform well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AMAZING Amazing fire pit... Not too mention it matches our patio set also!!! Have burned both wood and pellets live them both... Love the pellets better but pricey for a 1/2 hr per bag! Regular pellets for a pellet stove are not the answer either tried that! Tiki pellets are treated with something to make them burn so well and do they ever!!! Take the cone out when burning wood and try to cut them into 6-8" pieces works amazing with a bit of smoke which I don't mind!

The fire pit opening is a bit smaller then I realized and some logs do not fit. Is there a company that you recommend for smaller logs that are kiln dried?

Do you remove the cone AFTER the wood pellets have burned so you can lay a log flat on the pit? IF you don’t use bag o pellets rather you use dura flame type log- do you remove the cone?

Asked by: MaryA
Thanks for your question! If you've started your fire in the TIKI Fire Pit with the Wood Pack and want to keep the fire going with dry, seasoned firewood, do not remove the center cone as it will be extremely hot. Simply add firewood that is split and cut less than 16" in length on top of or to the side of the center cone. If you are using dry, seasoned firewood, you may remove the cone prior to starting the fire. We hope this helps! - TIKI Brand

Hello, in comparison to your competitors (Solo Bonfire, Breeo X-19); all things being equal where do you place this smokeless/ low-smoke fire pit in regards to the level of smoke output; less, more, about the same? Thank you.

Asked by: Rxzruby
Thanks for the question. Smoke and ash level in general is dependent upon the wood used (we recommend our Wood Pack or dry, seasoned wood) and other varying burn conditions. This is why we created the Wood Pack along with our patented airflow technology in the Fire Pit to create a low smoke fire when used together. We hope this helps. – TIKI Brand

Are the flames lower when using wood vs the wood pack? The wood pack has impressive flames, but I’d love it a bit more toned down for when children are enjoying the fire.

Is it ok to put fires out with water or will it just the pit?

Asked by: Boo113
Thank you for your question! The safest and preferred method for extinguishing a fire is to wait and allow the fire to burn out naturally. This method takes the longest but results in the least smoke, least mess, and the best experience. It should take approximately 6-8 hours for the Fire Pit to cool down completely. You can pour water over the Fire Pit but this does generate a significant amount of steam and smoke. We hope this helps! - TIKI Brand
