gorgeous colored torches
This is one of my favorite torches I am love with the beautiful colors that each of these torches have love how these are molded with wonderful glass it makes everything so beautiful I use these when I entertaining my guest and think they are stunning really am so impressed with these love them!!!

Beautiful, Functional, Well Made
These are very attractive & work well. The flames create a warm, cozy ambiance near seating areas. When filled with citronella oil, they effectively keep bugs away. We use them often all year long & they are popular with guests. Note: the snuffer caps work well but are not attached. We just set them next to the torches on the table, so it’s not a problem. They coordinate well with the Aloha Pineapple Torches, which we also highly recommend.

Molded glass table torches.
These lamps are pretty enough and stable, which I like. The biggest disappointment is that the caps to cover the wicks and prevent water from getting in, are not attached. When I inquired, thinking I was missing a part, customer service was lacking.

The blue is not a bright aqua blue like the picture suggests. It's very pale, almost greenish. That was disappointing since glass actually comes in bright colors, too. We bought 4 and the top broke at the neck of one when we were refilling it. That was also disappointing, but it was replaced very quickly via an email form to customer service through the website. For me, I can best tell the quality of a company when things aren't right. They're not going to correct the color of the torch, but they were excellent and speedy in replacing the defective torch. Bravo.

Uneven Placement
The glass piece does not sit evenly torch. Tiki was bumped and the glass fell out and broke too easily. Beautiful before.

Questions & Answers
Are the replacement glass vessels still not available?? This is baffling to me and is nonsensical that I have to buy a whole new product. When these are filled with oil they are very top heavy and fragile. So a good gust of wind will blow them over....

I see from other questions the REPLACEMENT GLASS IS NOT AN OPTION? crazy, the glass is fragile, when storms come and blow them over they break! You certainly can't expect us to just throw away the pole/rod because the glass broke, right?

Is heavy soot common when using these torches?

A suggestion - start selling a replacement glass for the swirl torch. I would buy more torches if I could get a replacement, but if I can't, I'm not going to risk it. Broke one torch, so looking for replacement glass! Love them, but no.

I need to resubmit a question tendered a couple years ago to see if your policy has changed. The glass torch is beautiful but fragile. In a recent storm I had several torches fall down, and the glass broke. Are these now available as replacements?
