Torches and customer service

Still Looks Brand New
I bought four of these over a year ago. They were left out all winter and still look brand new. I would buy again as they are beautiful.

Looks great until you leave it out
The finish on these torches peels off easily, leaving an the aluminum base. The recommendation to store it indoors when not in use is both ridiculous and unsafe unless you drain the fuel each time. That said, the shape is nice and it holds a good amount of fuel, and you can’t see the finish in the dark!

Not Worth The Money!
The look of the torch is great. Issue we had is the caps do not stay on in rainy weather and wick gets soaked and will not light. Also, there is not extension poles that fit the torch to make them taller.

Great for backyards
I love this Tiki torch! The directions were easy to follow when putting it together and it is made very well. It’s all steel and has stood up to rain and wind outside. The torch is easy to fill and is large enough so when I have guests over, I don’t have to stop and refill it. It maintains a good fire and the flame is easy to put out. I love the details in the metal too. It’s such a great addition to my backyard!

Does this torch come with a stand/base? If not, does it fit the stand you’re selling?

Can the Catalina be treated with a wax, like car wax to give it further protection from the weather?
