Perfect Lighting Solution
Great strand of lights. Easy to use and install. The 36 ft strand provides the perfect amount of light for our covered porch. We have only used them a few times and they seem to keep the mosquitoes away.

No more pesky bugs
So glad these were invented. We have a fire pit in our back yard and although we have tiki torches I wanted some ice lighting outback for when in got dark. These are perfect for the ambiance but also keeping the bugs away. Definitely has less bugs and didn't need to spray toxic sprays on everyone or throughout the yard.

Year Round Ambiance!

Great for keeping mosquitoes away!
We placed these outside around our hot tub. The hot tub is nice but for some reason, mosquitoes love to hang around it when you're in it. So we hung these around our pergola and also around our deck. We have a pond and a retaining pond is 2 houses down. We were actually able to sit outside and enjoy the weather while it was nice outside!

Great combination of 2 things
I love the ambiance created from string lights. Add in the benefit of the mosquito repellent, and it is a win! Super easy to switch the mosquito repellant on and off. So glad that these have LED bulbs! I only wish that there were more lights per string (lights closer together).

Great product - keeps bugs away-easy to install
This has to be one of the best products to keep the bugs away. We have these set up at our condo and the guest are in love with them. They can sit outside and enjoy the space with the harsh smell of other products. These lights are very heavy-duty, bright, and easy to install. I will say the best thing about these lights is no smell to them and they do keep the bugs away.

Repel mosquitos and add ambiance
We order these lights towards the end of the season, so haven't gotten a ton of use out of them yet. The quality is great - I was pleasantly surprised by how heavy-duty they are. We have these at our lake house. We are in a heavily wooded area and the mosquitoes are thick. The lights didn't completely get rid of the mosquitoes, but they definitely help. We also have them hung in a straight line. We may have to figure out a way for next season to crisscross our patio to create zones of coverage, as suggested in the installation instructions. Overall, we are satisfied with our Bitefighter lights and would recommend them.

Absolutely great!
All around great product. 1) Easy to install 2) they look great - the ambiance of the lighting is beautiful 2) the first evening we noticed a significant drop in mosquitos. We are using these at our vacation rental property and have had very positive comments from our guests.

Best on the Market!
We received these as a Showplace item for our Airbnb. They are fabulous...We have a large covered patio with lots of seating options for our guests. And our home is somewhat in the country close to a Lake. As you know, Mosquitos in Texas are the size of birds (haha) so with the flip of a switch, our guests are now protected. Everyone is using them when they are there. We liked them so much that we purchased a string for our own Home Patio.

Excellent romantic lighting!!
I run and AirBnB and recently added these lights around the outdoor deck. Folks love them and use them all the time instead of the bright white lights and spotlights that are there also. This is one of the best additions to our AirBnB in quite some time! Thanks!!

What outdoor space doesn't look better when you add string lights? And these ones repel mosquitoes on top of giving amazing ambiance. For our Florida patios, these lights are a must. I love the flexibility of the remotes and the look of the lights overall. Definitely recommended!

This seriously is genius!!
I stumbled upon this string light when searching for bug repellents. It had great reviews, so I figured I’d give it a try. It’s seriously amazing. It works so well on our patio and we’ve noticed a huge difference in the amount of bugs and mosquitoes. I don’t even wear bug spray anymore when I’m out there. Amazing amazing technology! Unique Patio Lighting
Love the ability to incorporate bug repellent with the lights. Great for patio use in Florida. Having the option to have the lights on with or without the bug repellent on makes them more versatile. Add to the fact that they are LED bulbs you get a nice light that will last multiple seasons.

I have had the lights up for 3 months and used them less than 5 times. But 1 of the repellents leaked and is completely empty and the other 2 are leaking and close to empty. Can you explain why my repellent bulbs are leaking while hanging?

Are these safe to be used in winter (obviously just the lights? Can they withstand temperatures of -30 (we are in Montreal Canada) or do they have to be taken down in winter? Also, is there a switch to use or not use the repellent?

If you plan to keep the string lights outside, we recommend not putting any Fire Pit or Patio Heaters underneath or near the repellent pods. Do these pods or lights put off heat, we have string lights hung on the perimeter of our wood privacy fence, against/on the fence. Would the pods create too much heat to have against a fence or wrapped around a tree?
