RETURN POLICY

All of the products on www.tikibrand.com are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Call Customer Support at 1-888-473-1088 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). An RMA # is required to return any item(s). The RMA # must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping container and listed on the packing slip on the inside of the container.

Consumers returning any item(s) without an RMA # will be assessed a 20% restocking fee based on the value of the item(s) returned.

Refunds and replacement orders will be processed as soon as your return is received. Please note that it takes us 3-5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the order summary.

Instructions

  1. Obtain an RMA # from Customer Support at 1-888-473-1088.
  2. Place the item(s) being returned in an appropriate shipping container and include your original packing slip.
  3. Write the RMA # provided to you by Customer Support on the packing slip and the outside of the box/container.
  4. For your protection, we recommend returns be sent via a trackable method—e.g., FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority—to:

    You may use the top-left portion of your packing slip and attach it to the outside of your shipping container with ATTN: RETURNS noted on the label.
