Clean Burn™ Firepieces
The reusable RoundWick™ is part of the burner system assembly, which is included in each Clean Burn™ tabletop firepiece.
For best results, use TIKI® Brand Clean Burn™ torch fuel with Clean Burn™ tabletop firepieces for no more smoky mess and a brighter flame, when used together.
Each Clean Burn™ burner system absorbs 4 oz. of Clean Burn™ torch fuel. Any excess torch fuel will pool at the bottom of the reusable RoundWick™ Burner System and will absorb as the burner system burns.
The reusable RoundWick™ Burner System will last approximately 1,000 hours.
Clean Burn™ tabletop firepiece products are for outdoor use only.
The patent-pending torch fuel and burner system create a brilliant flame with no smoky mess when used together.
Slowly pour TIKI® Brand Clean Burn™ torch fuel into the reusable RoundWick™ Burner System and allow it to absorb. No need to worry if fuel pools in the bottom of the burner system, as it will absorb over time.
Light the top of the reusable RoundWick™ Burner System after filling with Clean Burn™ torch fuel.
Yes, but the benefits of less soot and smoke and the bright flame will be compromised.
For best results, cover the Clean Burn™ tabletop firepiece reusable RoundWick™ Burner System with its snuffer in place when not in use.
Excess Clean Burn™ torch fuel will pool in the reusable RoundWick™ Burner System. It will absorb over time as it burns, but could spill if knocked over beforehand.
Place the reusable RoundWick™ Burner System in sunlight to dry, or purchase a new wick.
We do not recommend that you clean your TIKI® Brand bamboo torches, as cleaning may cause the bamboo to split. If you still wish to clean your torch, we suggest you use mild soap and water and rub with a gentle brush.
A snuffer cap has been provided to extinguish your TIKI® Brand torch. Carefully place the snuffer cap completely over the wick and leave in place until the flame has been completely suffocated. When the flame has been extinguished, remove the snuffer cap until the wick has cooled completely. When the wick has cooled, replace the snuffer cap to protect the wick from the elements.
Remove wickholder assembly from fuel reservoir. Fill reservoir to fill line with TIKI® Brand torch fuel. If no fill line is present, fill reservoir 2/3 full. Attach wickholder assembly to fuel reservoir. Do not overtighten. Allow wick to become completely saturated with torch fuel before lighting, which takes approximately 5 minutes. Do not set wick height higher than ¾” above the top of the flame guard. Keep clothing, hair and face away from flames when lighting.
Placement for maximum performance will depend on your environment. In most situations, place torches 6’–8’ apart. Do not place torches under covered shelter or umbrellas or near pedestrian traffic or combustibles such as wood, structures, fuel, clothing or dry vegetation.
Burn times vary by torch. All TIKI® Brand torches are designed to deliver 3+ hours of burn time when used with TIKI® Brand torch fuels.
If your torch won’t light, there may be water in the torch fuel or on the wick. Properly dispose of the torch fuel and replace torch fuel and wick. Make sure the torch fuel is filled to proper level and allow the wick to soak before attempting to light torch.
We recommend using TIKI® Brand Clean Burn™ torch fuel in oil candles.
